When faced with a business problem that may be solvable with information technology, these days people quickly turn to "Blockchain". Depending on the role of that person, this might e.g. be due to
- social pressure (hype generates "me too" thinking)
- funding opportunities (relatively easy to acquire money internally/externally)
- misunderstanding (not realizing the trade-offs)
So here I collect easy to understand guidance on when "blockchain" might IN FACT be a sensible consideration for your use case.
